Remat M.G. is the company competence centre for the recycling of all types of cables, be it aluminium or copper cables, earth or air cables, high voltage cables, or cables from cars or from electronics. Remat M.G. sources both from end-of-life consumer collections as well as from industrial and municipal sources.
The company runs 3 cable mills and the cables are recycled into metal fractions such as aluminium and copper and plastics fractions such as PVC and PP. Mixed plastics from cable recycling are incinerated for energy recovery.
